Architect governance platforms that stand up to scrutiny
As Solution Architect for GRC, IRM, and Risk, you'll lead the technical design and delivery of ServiceNow risk and compliance solutions for Pulsar's most complex client engagements. Define data models, integration patterns, and migration strategies that support governance and audit requirements
Conduct discovery and design workshops with client stakeholders, translating risk and compliance requirements into platform solutions
Produce solution design documents, architecture blueprints, and technical specifications
Guide and mentor delivery consultants through complex build and configuration activities
Review and assure solution quality — ensuring implementations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to ServiceNow best practices
Collaborate with Risk SMEs and practice leads to shape Pulsar's GRC delivery methodology and accelerators
Support pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical proposal content
Stay current on ServiceNow GRC/IRM product roadmap and translate new features into client opportunities
