Account Manager
Turn great delivery into lasting partnerships
As Account Manager, you'll be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of Pulsar clients. You'll work closely with delivery teams and practice leads to ensure clients see ongoing value from their ServiceNow investment, identify expansion opportunities, and champion the client perspective internally.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at operational and management level
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client roadmaps and Pulsar's service offerings
Support the creation of proposals, statements of work, and renewals
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment
Track account health metrics and maintain accurate CRM records
Support Account Directors on strategic accounts with research, relationship mapping, and proposal development
Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives including case studies and client references
What We're Looking For
3+ years in account management, client success, or inside sales within IT services or consulting
Understanding of ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS platforms
Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable building relationships with technical and business stakeholders
Commercially aware with experience supporting proposals and renewals
Organised and proactive — able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Direct experience in the ServiceNow partner ecosystem
Familiarity with ITSM, GRC, or HR service delivery use cases
Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting
Background in a growing consultancy or professional services firm
