ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Configure platforms that transform how organisations work

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you'll work directly with clients to design, configure, and deliver ServiceNow solutions that solve real business problems. You'll be hands-on across the platform — from ITSM and ITOM to GRC and HRSD — guided by senior architects and supported by a team that values knowledge sharing.

What You'll Do

Configure and customise ServiceNow applications across multiple product lines

Participate in requirements workshops, translating business needs into technical designs

Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution designs and configuration guides

4

Build integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub

5

Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies)

Support testing cycles including unit testing, SIT, and UAT

7

Collaborate with architects, project managers, and change consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions

Contribute to Pulsar's knowledge base and internal capability development

What We're Looking For

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — minimum requirement

1+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience

Solid understanding of ITSM, CMDB/CSDM fundamentals

Experience with JavaScript (ES5/ES12) in the ServiceNow context

Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies

Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in any product line

Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, or App Engine

Exposure to GRC, HRSD, or CSM modules

Knowledge of ITIL 4 practices

Experience working in a consultancy or managed services environment
